ADULT MEN’S 3v3 ‘FOR THE WIN’ TOURNAMENT
Wisconsin Blaze will host an adult 3v3 tournament titled, “For The Win.” The tournament will be held on August 1st, 2020 at the Community First Champion Center in Appleton, WI and have (2) separate divisions of Adult Men and Adult Women. The team fee is $150 and is payable by check to Blaze Sports & Fitness — 230 S McCarthy Rd. Appleton, WI 54914 — or by cash to Blaze Sports & Fitness by July 26th, 2020. The team fees are refundable until July 25th, 2020.
Teams must fill out the attached document and have it returned to Blaze Sports & Fitness — 230 S McCarthy Rd. Appleton, WI 54914 — or emailed to proteam@blaze365.com before July 26th, 2020!
WHEN: August 1st, 2020
TIME: Games start at 9AM
FEE: $150 per team (payable via *check, cash or online)

*Checks are made out to “Blaze Sports & Fitness.” Checks and cash can be dropped off at Blaze Sports & Fitness at 230 S McCarthy Rd. Appleton, WI 54914 with a copy of the team name attached.
RULES:
- (5) person roster MAX.
- (3) person roster MIN.
- 3v3 Half-court
- Points are scored by 1s & 2s
- 15-minute games, (1) WIAA certified referee per contest
- Clock stops on refs whistle
- (3) Games Guaranteed then Single Elimination Tournament Style
- Last minute of play each basket scored is worth (+1)
